VFR night flying

The Lincoln Pilots Association cordially invites you to attend its upcoming monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 7pm. The meeting will be held at Aero Safety Training (Linda’s flight school) at Lincoln Park Airport. Please note that the meeting will be in Linda’s new facility which is located in the center of the large hangars on Jacksonville Road.

Now that it’s getting dark early, we thought it would be appropriate to have a round table discussion on night flying. We’d like to talk about the issues with flying VFR at night and the precautions pilots should take flying at night in our area including destinations which require flight over water.
