Causes of Loss of Control Accidents and Tips for Prevention

Loss of Control accidents occur in every phase of flight and to pilots of all experience levels. Pilots cause close to 80% of all accidents, and loss-of-control figures to some extent in many of those. Awareness of the leading causes and discussion of typical scenarios will be the best preventive measure. This seminar will review these kinds of accidents and explore ways to avoid the most common chain of events leading up to them.
